What is the minimum amount?

$1 per pay period. We do not require a minimum company size or commitment.

Is it tax-deductible for our employees?

Yes. Global Family Care Network is a US 501(c)(3) (Tax ID 20-8346599) and an SCIO in the UK. We send year-end statements to each donor.

Which payroll systems do you support?

Gusto, Rippling, ADP, Paychex, Workday, BambooHR, Justworks, and most others. If yours is not listed, ask us.

Can we match employee contributions?

Yes. We support 1:1, 2:1, or custom match ratios with per-employee caps. We provide a single quarterly invoice for the match.

How fast can we launch?

About 2 weeks from first email to first paycheck deduction. Faster if you already run charitable deductions.

What does my company commit to?

Nothing financial. Direct payroll giving costs the employer $0. The employee chooses the amount. You decide whether to match.
