Yes. the Daughter Project is a campaign of Global Family Care Network, a US 501(c)(3) and an SCIO (Scottish Charitable Incorporated Organisation) in the UK. Our Tax ID is 20-8346599. You will receive an emailed receipt the moment your gift processes and an annual giving summary every January.
What percentage actually reaches programs? +
87 cents of every dollar funds direct field programs. 9 cents covers field staff training and care. 4 cents covers operations. Our 990 is publicly available on GuideStar.
Can I direct my gift to a specific country? +
Yes. Select a country during checkout and 100% of your gift will be tracked to that program's budget. You will receive quarterly field reports from that team.
Do you accept stock, DAFs, or crypto? +
Yes to all three. Visit our Planned Giving page for stock transfer instructions, DAF grant codes, and our crypto wallet addresses for BTC, ETH, and SOL.
How do I cancel or change a monthly gift? +
Email info@myglobalfamily.org or use the link in any monthly receipt. Changes process the same day. No phone tree.
Can I give in honor or memory of someone? +
Yes. Toggle the tribute switch above. We will mail a printed acknowledgement card to the honoree or family within five business days.
